CLASS OVERVIEW

What to expect in each of the three self-defense classes.

CLASS 1: “Don’t Be an Easy Target”

Focus: Awareness, prevention, mindset, and boundary setting

Length: 30–45 minutes

What’s Included:

  • The #1 mindset shift that makes you instantly less of a target
  • How to use body language and eye contact to deter predators
  • Situational awareness game: Spot the exits, scan the room
  • Practice saying “NO” with strong body posture and tone
  • De-escalation basics: What to say, how to stand, and when to walk away


CLASS 2: “Get Loud. Get Free.”

Focus: Voice activation, releases, and escaping common grabs

Length: 30–45 minutes

What’s Included:

  • Warm-up: Get your energy up + breath work for confidence
  • How to use your voice as a weapon (verbal boundaries, yelling for help)
  • Break free techniques: wrist grabs, shirt grabs, hair pulls
  • Practice creating space: step back, guard up, strike zone awareness
  • Real-world scenario drill: Someone grabs your wrist—what do you do?


CLASS 3: “Hit Like You Mean It”

Focus: Striking, using everyday objects, and closing with confidence

Length: 30–45 minutes

What’s Included:

  • Confidence-building warm-up with strikes (palm heel, knee, elbow)
  • 3 powerful strikes anyone can use—no prior training
  • Using everyday tools (keys, phone, water bottle) for defense
  • Target practice: where to hit and how to make it count
  • Scenario: You’re approached while alone—practice response with movement
