Course Curriculum:

Day 1: Criminal Mindset, Awareness, and Basic Self-Defense

– Objective: Equip women with the ability to recognize and respond to potential threats through awareness, calming techniques, and basic self-defense.

Topics Taught:

1. Understanding Criminal Mindset: Learn the psychology behind criminal behavior and motives.

2. Awareness and Threat Recognition: Develop situational awareness and identify potential threats in different environments.

3. Managing Fear and Staying Calm: Practice techniques to control fear and stay calm under pressure.

4. Basic Attacks and Targets: Learn simple, effective strikes and identify vulnerable targets on an attacker.

5. Escapes and Defending Against Grabs: Master basic escapes from common holds and grabs.

6. Rape Prevention: Learn skills to get an attacker off you in the event of a rape situation.

Day 2: Weapons Safety and Advanced Defensive Techniques

– Objective: Introduce the use of personal defense tools and techniques to handle armed threats.

Topics Taught:

1. Weapons Safety and Awareness: Understand safety procedures and risks of handling personal protection devices.

2. Using Pepper Spray: Demonstrate the correct use and handling of pepper spray for self-defense.

3. Using Personal Protection Devices: Learn how to use tools like stun guns, alarms, and other personal defense gadgets.

4. Defending Against Armed Attackers (Knife): Learn defense techniques to disarm and protect against a knife attack.

5. Defending Against Armed Attackers (Gun): Practice strategies for surviving and neutralizing gun-related threats.
